Q. How do I order Rossi Hardware?
A. You can order our products directly from us in any one of three ways: by e-mail, phone (818.252.3811), or fax (818.252.3812). Here is a link to our Order Form. It has pictures of each product for ease of use. You can print it out, put in the quantities you'd like of each item and fax it to us. Or, you can fill out our Online Order Form and submit it to us that way. In some areas, you can also purchase our products from a distributor. Please call or e-mail us for more information.

Q. How can I obtain specs, submittals and other technical information about Rossi products?

Also, on the bottom of every page you will find a link called 'Documents' where you can download all engineering specifications, credit applications and order forms for fax orders. Q. How will you ship my order to me?
A. We typically use the most reputable common carriers such as UPS & FedEx Ground to ship out all orders. However, for larger orders we will sometimes use a larger freight carrier. Based on your choosing, we can either prepay for your shipping and add the cost to your invoice, or we can ship with a carrier of your choice and bill the charges directly to your account.
Q. What is your lead time?
A. Our products are always in stock in our warehouse and orders ship out almost immediately. If you prefer ground as your shipping method, your order will usually arrive within a week of placing your order (depending on carrier’s transit time to your location).
